Copilot

Drop in the plan your client approved. Get the study, built.

Download the Google Doc, drop it into Stroop, and the copilot builds the screener, the tasks and the questions in the plan's own words. Then ask it for any change in plain English.

30 study-days free. No card.

How it works

The approval already happened. Don't type it in twice.

Most studies are written in a document and argued over with the client before anyone opens a research tool. The copilot starts where that ends.

  1. 01

Agree the plan where you already do

Write the study with your client in Google Docs and get it signed off, the way you do now. Nothing about that changes.

  2. 02

Download it and drop it in

File, then Download, as PDF or Word. Drop it into the copilot with screenshots of the designs if you have them.

  3. 03

    Check the draft, then launch

Every block is in the builder, titled from the plan and worded as the client approved. Add what the plan left out, preview it, launch.

Ask for anything

After the first draft, keep talking to it.

The copilot sits beside every page of Stroop. It edits the study you have open, finds the one you mean, and tells you what's blocking launch.

The rules

It builds. You decide.

A copilot that changes your studies should have rules you can read. These are its.

How AI works in analysis
  1. It never launches a study or spends money. It builds drafts; you press Launch.
  2. It works with your access and nothing more. Observers can ask it questions but can't change anything.
  3. Your chats are yours. Nobody else in the workspace, admins included, can open them.
  4. It never invents a stimulus, a link or an answer option the plan doesn't give. It lists what's missing instead.

The copilot is included with every account, with no seat or AI add-on to buy.

Questions

What researchers ask before they hand a client's plan to a copilot.

Which files can it read?

PDFs, Word documents, Markdown, plain text and images such as screenshots of a design, up to 20 MB each and five at a time. From Google Docs, choose File, then Download, then PDF or Microsoft Word.

Will it get the study right?

It gets the structure and the wording right most of the time, because it uses the plan's own words for everything a participant reads. It's a draft, though, not a launch: you check it in the builder, and it ends every build with what it assumed and what it couldn't find.

Can it build every method?

Yes. Screeners, surveys, card sorts, tree tests, first-click and five-second tests, preference tests, recorded tasks, Figma and live-site tests, moderated sessions, diaries and implicit tests. Stimuli it can't make, such as images and prototype links, it leaves for you to add.

What does it cost?

Nothing on top. The copilot comes with every account, like analysis does. You pay for study-days while a study is live, and the copilot never launches one.

Where do my documents go?

Files are stored privately in your workspace and sent to Anthropic (Claude) to be read. Neither Anthropic nor Stroop trains models on them. Switch AI off for a workspace and the copilot is off there too.

Can it change a study that's already live?

It can edit one, and the changes wait as unpublished changes until you publish them, exactly as if you'd made them in the builder.

Your next plan is one download from a study.
